Tom Faley has loved writing since the fifth grade.  In grade school, he was known to craft his weekly spelling words into short stories.  After college, Tom held several roles in Marketing at Kellogg Company and then at Sargento Foods.

In 2018, he wrote his first book, Treated Like Family, a tale of how business can thrive while treating their employees with respect.  That year, the book was immediately recognized as one of the best business biographies.
 
For the past four years, Tom has shifted from nonfiction to fiction and has devoted his time to a trilogy of science thrillers that weave a cautionary tale of breaking down interspecies barriers in communication.

Tom and his wife, Pat, live in Wisconsin.  Their blended marriage includes six children, fourteen grandchildren, and two cockatiels.
