Your body will always respond to the way you feel, act and think.
Positive emotions build a stronger immune system.
Negative emotions can actually cause you physical pain.

Of course, you shouldn’t pretend to be happy
And ignore the seriousness of what may be happening to you.

Just note your feelings, and make sure you are keeping 
things in the proper perspective.

Both good and bad experiences happen to us all.
Don’t allow yourself to obsess on the unpleasant events
And ignore the good things that are also happening to you.

Try to see the lighter side of your situation and laugh.
Really laugh out loud.

It is, after all, life’s best medicine.
